The example offered here is a Tudor Submariner Ref. 94110 'Snowflake' which dates to 1982.
The period-correct ‘Type B’ dial is completely flawless, with any scratch or spot you might see in the pictures being on the plexiglass, being easy to buff away if wanted, and features an extremely nice pumpkin patina hue on the hour markers which contrast in a harmonious manner with the black matte dial. The original hands show a lovely aging to the metal that adds tons of character, and a perfectly matching patina hue.
The stainless steel case is equally as good, remaining in unpolished condition, showing thick lugs and preserving their original, prominent bevels. It shows only minimal signs of wear for its age. The case back also remains unpolished with all engraving visible and normal wear. The stainless steel bezel is preserved in the same condition. The original insert is in great shape, with very light wear only, and an original and matching pip/pearl.
It comes suited on its original Rolex Oyster 9315 stainless steel folded-links bracelet with 380 end links, matching clasp code G and divers’ extension that remains in the same condition as the rest of the watch; minimal stretch, unpolished and with light wear only.
The original acrylic domed crystal is in great condition, with only light marks that could be easily removed.
The watch is running great and keeping good time, although the service history is unknown.
Macros of dial and case are available under request.
