Shipping Policy

Worldwide expedited shipping via UPS Express or FedEx International Priority is included in the price. Purchases will be shipped within two labor days after payment is correctly received. Signature will be required for protection issues. At the time of shipping, further details will be given to the purchaser in order to track the package.

Return Policy and Refunds

Upon delivery confirmation, buyer has a 48-hour inspection period in order to notify us the reason of return. Sales are final, this means that reasons like "I don't like the look of it on my wrist" or "It's too small for me" won't be acceptable. Items can only be returned in case they have been described incorrectly.

When the reason of return is accepted, shipping will be ordered by us. Buyer must expect pick up of the item within 48 hours since return acceptance. In order for a complete refund, item must be returned in exactly the same condition as it was first sent. Any issues during shipping or upon reception will be the buyer's responsibility and item might not be refunded. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours upon return reception. 

We are open to putting a watch On Hold for you. However, a deposit has to be made in order for this to happen. The amount to deposit to secure a watch On Hold will vary between a 5 and a 10% of the total amount, and it will be agreed by the two parts. Putting a watch On Hold not only secures you the watch itself until you make the rest of the payment, but it also covers the risks we take with this action. While the watch is On Hold for the agreed period, we won't sell it to anyone else and we will reject any offer or buy from another purchaser. The risk of doing this exists when finally the sale is not concluded because the buyer backs up. To cover this risk, the deposit is not refundable.
