2004 Rolex GMT-Master II Ref. 16710 'No holes' Full Set

The GMT Master II 16710 was released by Rolex in 1989 and was initially on sale alongside the slightly cheaper Rolex GMT Master 16700. The Rolex GMT Master II 16710 evolved throughout its production until it was finally replaced by the Rolex GMT Master II 116710 in 2007. All versions of the now iconic Rolex GMT Master II 16710 featured a black dial, red GMT hand and were available with either Blue/Red "Pepsi", Red/Black "Coke", or all black bezel inserts.

This 16710 offered for sale here dates to 2004 and features a flawless black glossy dial with luminova hour markers and hands.

 

The no-lugholes stainless steel case remains unpolished, preserving factory bevels. The case back remains in great condition too.

 

The 'all black', Serif font bezel insert remains in great condition.

 

The watch is running great and keeping time, although service history is unknown.

 

The sapphire crystal is clean.

 

It comes suited on the original 20mm Rolex Oyster 78790 A stainless steel bracelet and clasp code DT5 with 12 links that shows little to know stretch.

 

Furthermore, it is presented as a very complete set which includes outer box with reference and dial color stickers, inner box, hang tags, manuals, wallet, calendar, and stamped guarantee papers showing it was sold in Kuala Lumpur in 2005.
