The example offered here is an early 16750 from 1984 in overall extraordinary condition.
The lovely matte dial shows minor aging and features a stunning pronounced patina. The original hands have aged to a slightly different yellow tone. Both the dial and the hands are untouched.
The 40mm stainless steel case is in great condition, remaining thick and with sharp bevels, letting visible only very few signs of wear.
The original, Serif font ‘Pepsi’ bezel insert is also in great shape, having aged to a subtle pinky tone.
The acrylic crystal is clean.
The watch is running well and keeping time, although service history is unknown.
It comes suited on its original 20mm Rolex Oyster 78360 stainless steel bracelet with 580 end links and a newer clasp with code LT10 that remains in great condition with hardly any stretch and any signs of use.
Furthermore, it is presented as a full set which includes outer box, inner box, manuals, and punched guarantee papers showing it was sold by an Official Rolex Retailer in the UK in 1985.
Macros of dial and case are available under request.
