1974 Rolex Datejust Ref. 1601 Full Set two-tone blue dial

First released in 1945, it marked forty years of Rolex timepieces. Today, it holds a spot in even the most exclusive collections and remains one of the most popular timepieces among both men and women.

The sunburst finished blue dial remains in lovely condition with no stains. The lume plots present a yellow-ish patina, matching with that on the hands.

 

The gold fluted bezel and the stainless-steel case remains thick, showing signs of wear.

 

The waterproof case back also remains sharp with some wear marks.

 

The original acrylic crystal has some minor scratches.

 

It is suited on the original 19mm Rolex Jubilee gold and stainless-steel bracelet 62523H with 455 J end links and clasp code 14 A complete with all the links.

 

The automatic cal. 3035 is running great and keeping time.
