2005 F-Series Rolex Submariner 50th Anniversary 16610LV 'Kermit' Flat Four

Rolex released the Rolex Submariner Ref. 16610LV also known as ‘Kermit’ in 2003 in celebration of the Submariner’s 50th anniversary. Its production was discontinued in 2010, making this model very sough-after, specially the earlier versions.

 

The main feature of this watch was the vivid green bezel insert, making it instantly recognizable. The ‘maxi’ dial which displays a larger hour marker than previous Submariners is also a distinctive feature of this ‘Kermit’ Sub.

This example condition is in flawless condition, being very few other examples in the same condition out there. The dial is flawless, the B1 ‘Flat Four’ insert is in mint condition with no scratches and it presents a beautiful lime color making it very eye catching. The bezel itself is super sharp too. The case remains in unpolished condition, presenting thick lugs with sharp chamfers. The case back remains unmolested too, showing the green sticker practically intact.

 

The lume glows bright.

It comes suited on the original Rolex Submariner 93250 oyster bracelet with correctly engraved endlinks and clasp is stamped CL11. The bracelet is in awesome condition with hardly any scratches and showing any stretch.
