2000 Rolex Daytona Ref. 116520 P-Series 'Thin hands'

The Ref. 116520 was produced from 2000 until 2016. The aesthetics of the 116520 are very similar to the previous Ref. 16520 but a few changes took place.

Belonging to the P serial range, the watch offered for sale here it is part of the first series of ref. 116520 that was released just after the so-called Rolex ‘Zenith’ Ref. 16520.

Being the most sough-after version, this example here is in extraordinarily good shape, with little aging. The 40mm excluding the original crown and the screw pushers stainless steel case remains thick and robust, as well as the Oyster bracelet with solid links and end links.

The 5-liner black dial with superlominova indices remains in great condition. Lume glowing in its full potential. This P-series presents the rarer and more svelte thin/slim hands that are only seen on the P-F series Ref. 116520.

It comes suited on the original 20mm Rolex Oyster 78490 bracelet stamped DT3 that presents no stretch.
