Here is offered a classic design Rolex Datejust, the reference 16000, with beautiful, ultra-rare and impressive vivid blue ‘Buckley’ dial.

 

With the nicer smooth bezel (makes the watch look bigger than the fluted bezel version), the beautiful and minty blue dial with big white printed roman numerals, silver tritium hands and perfectly matching yellow-orange big lume plots, this flawless piece is in excellent condition.

 

Cased in a 36mm excluding the original screw-down crown, this all stainless steel case wears perfectly well. The case remains in thick condition showing some signs of wear.

 

It is suited on its original Rolex Oyster bracelet 678360 stamped V8 with 558 end links.

 

This excellent piece comes accompanied of outer box with reference tag, inner box, booklet and stamped guarantee papers showing it has sold in Ishikawa, Japan, in 1985.
